Yes, absolutely. We ship globally via DHL Express Priority. Each instrument is securely packed inside a shockproof EVA hardcase and a heavy-duty double-walled carton to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Sure. With each instrument we give you a beautiful and comfortable soft backpack case we developed with our artisans. Alternatively, we can upgrade your order to a professional hardcase (e.g., hardcasetechnologies.com) for a slight additional cost.

It depends on the waiting list we have, but usually around 60 to 90 days for custom orders. In-stock classic models are dispatched within 48 hours.

We currently focus on two premium options: 1st Gen Nitrated Steel (Crisp and percussive) and Ember Stainless Steel (Cathedral sustain and rustproof).

After every playing session, you should use a microfiber cloth to remove any trace of grease.

Once a month we recommend you clean the instrument with alcohol and put protective oil on it, such as Phoenix Oil. Avoid exposition to direct sunlight and store the instrument in a dry place.

If you need to leave the handpan in the case for more than 3 days, we recommend you leave the zip open in order to avoid humidity.
